Motion Graphics Designer

At 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀, visuals play a key role in how we explain, promote, and grow our WordPress & WooCommerce plugins. From animated product highlights to short-form marketing videos and tutorials, our visual content helps users quickly understand what our products do and why they matter.

We’re looking for a 𝗠𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗵𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗿 who can bring ideas to life through motion and who’s equally comfortable creating video content that supports product education and marketing campaigns.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Motion Graphics & Video Content Designer who specializes in creating tutorial, explainer, and product-focused video content. This role is ideal for someone who can transform complex product features into clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand visual content. You will play a key role in helping users understand our products, improving onboarding, and supporting marketing efforts through high-quality video production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create product tutorial videos, explainer videos, and feature walkthroughs
• Translate complex product features into simple, user-friendly visual stories
• Produce step-by-step instructional content (UI walkthroughs, onboarding guides, how-to videos)
• Record and edit screen-based content (screen capture + motion enhancement)
• Add annotations, callouts, captions, and highlights to improve clarity and user understanding
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and support teams to identify user pain points and address them through video content
• Develop short-form videos for feature highlights, updates, and social media
• Maintain consistency in brand tone, visual style, and communication clarity

Optimize Videos for Multiple Platforms:

• Website & landing pages
• Documentation & help center
• Social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
• Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines

Advanced & Value-Added Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable video templates and motion systems for faster production
• Apply performance-driven thinking to improve engagement, retention, and user understanding
• Write or refine scripts for tutorials and explainer videos
• Create modular content that can be reused across multiple formats and platforms
• Utilize 3D animation (Blender / Cinema 4D) where appropriate to enhance visual storytelling (preferred)
• Leverage AI video tools, motion templates, and cinematic editing techniques to improve efficiency and quality
• Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve video effectiveness
• Support marketing campaigns with high-conversion product videos
