As our plugins continue to grow and new products are on the roadmap, we are expanding our development team and looking for an experienced WordPress Plugin Developer who can take ownership, contribute to architectural decisions, and help scale our products.

Prime Job Requirement:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in WordPress plugin development
  • Strong expertise in WooCommerce plugin development and architecture
  • Advanced proficiency in PHP and MySQL, including modern PHP practices (OOP, Namespaces, Design Patterns)
  • Solid understanding of the WordPress plugin ecosystem, including Actions, Filters, Hooks, and core APIs
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress Plugin and Block development
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), with experience in React preferred
  • Experience working with REST APIs, AJAX, and JSON
  • Familiarity with build tools and package managers (Composer, NPM, Webpack)
  • Proficient understanding of Git-based version control
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a product-focused mindset

Job Responsibility

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize production-level WordPress & WooCommerce plugins
  • Design scalable, secure, and performance-oriented plugin architecture
  • Implement new features and improve existing plugin functionality
  • Refactor legacy code with strong attention to backward compatibility
  • Ensure plugin compatibility with WordPress and WooCommerce updates
  • Review code and maintain high coding standards
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
  • Collaborate with support and documentation teams to improve overall product quality

What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Working on core WooCommerce plugin features used by real customers
  • Building and maintaining Gutenberg block–based functionality
  • Contributing to long-term plugin product roadmaps
  • Taking ownership of technical decisions and improvements
  • Helping shape development processes and best practices
